What we shipped
Public log of every meaningful change to this site, our service stack, and our measurement methodology. We publish what we ship so clients and prospects can see the work moving in real time, not just at quarterly review.
- SiteSearch VisibilityNavigation
Services page rebuilt as a true hub + site link graph repaired
The /services page now surfaces every sub-service we deliver, every industry we serve, and every website design archetype, all reachable in one click instead of three. We also caught five sub-service pages that were missing from the sitemap (existed and rendered, but invisible to Google and AI engines), added them, and surfaced our case studies and research hub from the main navigation so they can actually be found.
- ResearchAI SearchAuthority
Local Business AI Visibility Audit 2026 statistics page published
A standing statistics page covering how local businesses actually perform across the four AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) plus Google Search. Includes the underlying dataset, methodology, and three companion blog posts citing the findings. Designed to be the citation magnet for journalists and the AI engines themselves.
- SiteCleanup
Retired 77 weak google-maps-ranking city pages
Of 91 city pages under the google-maps-ranking signal, 14 had real city-level commercial intent and 77 did not. The 77 weak combos now redirect to the new Google Maps SEO pillar at the route level. Same demand-gate logic that protects FAQ generation now protects the page render itself.
- ServicePositioning
Google Ads ROI repositioned: Rent vs Own
We do not run Google Ads, but the question "are my ads worth it?" is a real one. The page now sells the case for owning your traffic instead of renting it: trust-layer audit, Google Business Profile rebuild, organic Maps foundation, and a 12-month taper plan. The 91 thin city pages under that signal redirect to the new hub.
- ServiceAI Search
Generative Engine Optimization service is live
New pillar page covering how we get businesses cited by ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity. Includes our own published AI visibility baseline, weekly tracking on the same dashboard we put on clients, and a clear no-guarantee policy on rankings.
- ServiceLocal Search
Google Maps SEO pillar shipped
Dedicated service page for businesses focused on local pack ranking. Covers geo-grid baselines, GBP rebuild for Maps, real service-area expansion (no fake-address tactics), and weekly position tracking with 48-hour drop investigation.
- SiteQuality
Demand gate added to every new page we publish
Internal tooling now blocks any new programmatic page from going live without confirmed Google or AI search volume. Stops the scaled-content risk Google flags and means every URL on the site traces to a real demand number.
- SiteCleanup
Retired 182 thin pSEO city pages
Demand research confirmed 90 of 91 city combos for two of our older signal sets had no measurable search volume. Those URLs now redirect to the topic pillars that actually rank, consolidating link equity instead of leaking it across thin pages.
- MeasurementAI Search
Weekly 4-engine AI visibility tracking went live
Our own Google Business Profile, GEO, and Local SEO categories now run against ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity every Monday. Same measurement methodology we put on every client. Today's baseline: 0% on category-level prompts. We publish the numbers as they move.
