We also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, time on site, referral source) through anonymized tools to improve the site. No personally identifiable information is tied to analytics.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Run your free visibility audit and deliver results
• Follow up on discovery calls and proposals
• Send service updates if you become a client
• Improve our services based on aggregate usage patterns

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party tools

We use the following tools that may process data on your behalf:

• GoHighLevel (GHL) — CRM and booking calendar. Governs its own data processing under GHL's privacy policy.
• Supabase — Secure database for audit form submissions.
• Vercel — Hosting and edge delivery. No personal data stored.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies. The booking calendar and form embed (GHL) may set functional cookies required for those tools to operate. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect the booking calendar.

Data retention

Audit submissions are retained for 90 days. Client data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
