Services

Formula Won Labs provides Google Maps optimization, AI search visibility, review management, and AI automation services for local businesses. Service scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined in the proposal or service agreement provided at the start of each engagement.

Month-to-month terms

All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to hello@formulawonlabs.com.

Fees are billed monthly in advance. No refunds are issued for the current billing period upon cancellation.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information (address, hours, services, photos)
• Maintaining ownership or admin access to their Google Business Profile
• Responding to review requests and fulfillment questions within a reasonable timeframe
• Not engaging in practices that violate Google's guidelines (fake reviews, keyword stuffing, etc.)

Results and guarantees

Formula Won Labs does not guarantee specific ranking positions, call volumes, or revenue outcomes. Local search results are influenced by factors outside our control, including Google algorithm changes, competitor activity, and market conditions. We commit to applying proven optimization techniques and transparent monthly reporting.

Intellectual property

Content, reports, and materials produced by Formula Won Labs during an engagement remain the property of Formula Won Labs until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client. The Formula Won Labs name, logo, and proprietary systems remain our property at all times.

Limitation of liability

Formula Won Labs' liability is limited to the fees paid in the 30 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or changes to Google's platforms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
