Every cleaner passes a criminal background check before their first day. They then complete a twelve-hour paid training program and ride along with a senior team member on their first four jobs before going solo. We do not use day labor or 1099 contractors.

Yes. We bring everything: HEPA vacuum, microfiber cloths, mop system, and a full set of eco-friendly cleaning solutions. If you have specific products you prefer us to use (for allergies, surface types, or personal preference), just leave them out and let us know.

We use plant-derived, biodegradable cleaners from brands like Seventh Generation and Method as our default. For tough jobs we have green-certified degreasers that do not leave chemical residue. We avoid bleach on routine visits unless you request it or the job requires disinfection.

Most of our recurring clients do. Keys are logged in a secure system and stored separately from address information. Lockbox codes are entered in our job management app. You can revoke access at any time by calling or texting us.

Call or text us within 24 hours and we will send the team back for a re-clean at no charge, no questions asked. We have done this fewer times than you would expect, but the policy is unconditional.

We ask for 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a recurring visit without a fee. Less than 48 hours on a recurring clean incurs a 50% late-cancel fee to cover the reserved slot. One-time and specialty cleans require 72 hours notice.

Tipping is never expected but always appreciated. If you want to tip, cash left on the counter is easiest. Our team keeps 100% of any tips they receive.
