Our Philosophy

Built for people who hate being bored at the gym

Burn House started in 2021 with eight bags, a borrowed sound system, and a firm belief that group training only works when the coach actually watches you move.

Every class is capped at sixteen people. Every coach holds a correction quota — they're expected to fix your form at least twice per session. We track it. Because a class where nobody gets corrected is a class where nobody's actually coaching.

We added HIIT programming in 2022 after members kept asking for something to pair with bag work. Now we run four formats Monday through Sunday, same intensity expectations across all of them.

Sixteen people per class. Every coach is expected to correct your form twice. We track it.

Class Types

Pick your intensity

Boxing Fundamentals

Technique-first bag work. Learn the six punches, defense basics, and footwork. Works for every fitness level because the foundation is the workout.

First Class

Your first visit, step by step

01

Book online

Pick a class and time from the schedule. First class is free, no card required. You'll get a confirmation text with the address and a reminder an hour before.

02

Arrive five minutes early

Check in at the front desk. Your coach will introduce themselves, ask about any injuries, and pair you with the right gear if you're doing bag work.

03

Do the class

Follow the coach's cues. If your form's off, they'll fix it. If the pace is too fast, scale it. This is not a class where anyone finishes gasping and anonymous.

04

Pick a membership

After class, pick a package that fits your schedule: four classes a month up to unlimited. No annual contracts, cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

What members say

I've been to four different boutique gyms in Austin. Burn House is the only one where the coach actually noticed my left shoulder was dropping during hooks and fixed it mid-round.

Member since March 2023
The class cap matters more than I expected. Sixteen people feels completely different from thirty-five. The coach can see everyone and the energy stays up the whole time.
Priya N.
Member since October 2022
I travel for work. When I'm in Austin I go to Burn House. Every other city I just do whatever I find. There's a gap.

Good to know

Before you walk in

No. Boxing Fundamentals is designed for beginners and runs alongside our other formats. Most members start there before adding HIIT 45 or Boxing + Weights to their rotation.

Standard workout clothes and athletic shoes with lateral support — cross-trainers or boxing shoes, not running shoes. We provide hand wraps and gloves; you're welcome to bring your own.

Four classes a month is $89. Eight classes is $149. Unlimited is $199. All plans are month-to-month. Drop-ins are $28 per class after your free first visit.

Yes. You can pause up to 60 days per calendar year with 72 hours notice. Useful if you travel, get injured, or just need a break. No fees, no hoops.

Street parking on East 6th is usually available before 7am and after 6pm. During peak hours, the lot behind Lustre Pearl on 6th has $5 validated parking — mention Burn House at the attendant booth.
