Dr. Lin opened this practice to do aesthetic medicine with restraint.
She trained at Mount Sinai, completed a dermatology residency focused on cosmetic procedures, and spent three years at a large Manhattan practice watching patients leave with too much filler and too little counseling. In 2017 she opened Linden Med + Skin on Worth Street with a different model: one physician, no rushing, no upselling.
Every visit begins with a conversation. What brought you in, what you have tried before, what you hope to achieve. Dr. Lin shares her honest read of what will and will not make a difference. She declines procedures she does not think are right for a patient, and she says so directly. That reputation is why most patients come from referrals.
The practice sees a limited number of new patients each month to keep appointment slots available for follow-up care. Consultations are $150 and credited in full toward any treatment booked within 90 days.
