[ Premium web design for home builders ]
Websites for home builders that actually book showings.
Buyers don't scroll ten pages looking for your listings. They want to see the finish detail, the floor plan and a way to book a walkthrough on the same page. That's the site we build.
[ The reality ]
Most builder websites lose the buyer between the homepage and a phone call.
A buyer landing on a builder site is deciding whether to spend half a million dollars with a company they've never met. Every question the site doesn't answer is a reason they never call. What year was the company founded. Who's the general contractor. Which finish partners do you use. What's the walkthrough process. What does the warranty actually cover. Most builder sites answer none of these. Ours answer all of them.
[ What we build ]
Three things a builder site needs that most builder sites don't have.
Project pages that carry the finish detail
Buyers spend twenty minutes on a project page before they inquire. Floor plan, lot detail, elevations, finish schedule, upgrade options, gallery, virtual tour, neighborhood context. Missing any one of these sends them to a competitor's page that has them.
A trust strip written for the buyer, not the trade
Awards, licenses and years-in-business belong on the site. So do specific finish partners, warranty terms, and the name of the person who answers the phone. Buyers reading a builder's site are asking whether they can trust you with the biggest purchase of their life. The site should read that way.
An inquiry form nobody has to hunt for
Every project page has a form at the bottom that pre-fills with the project name. Every page has a persistent 'schedule a walkthrough' button. Buyers who have to hunt for a way to contact you don't.
[ Proof ]
Recent build that shows the pattern.
Crateworks Supply Co. sells the materials that go into custom homes. Their homepage now walks a builder through twelve product categories, one picture at a time, on one page. The same idea works on a builder site: walk a buyer through every project the same way. See it live and read what we did.
[ Questions we get asked ]
Straight answers.
Do you handle MLS feeds?
Yes. If your MLS syncs to a public feed we pull the active listings and render them on the site. If it doesn't, we build project pages by hand from the same source data the listing agent uses.
What about virtual tours or 3D walkthroughs?
We embed Matterport, iGuide and CloudPano tours natively. If you shoot 360s but don't have a host, we set one up. If you want a full 3D walkthrough built for a spec home, that's a separate spec.
How do you handle price display?
Your call. Some builders display asking price on the site; some ask visitors to book a walkthrough to hear it. Both work. The choice affects how the inquiry form is written.
Do you build the CRM behind the inquiry form?
We wire the form to whatever CRM you already use (Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, a shared inbox). If you don't have one yet we recommend one that fits your team, but we don't sell CRM.
How long does it take?
Six to ten weeks. The long end is when we're waiting on final photography for a spec home that isn't finished yet. Photography before drywall is a photo of drywall.
