When GoDaddy is the right call
GoDaddy Website Builder is fine when you need a "we exist" page to point business cards at. If your leads come entirely from word-of-mouth and referrals, and the website is only there so people can confirm you're real, GoDaddy is fine.
When you’ve outgrown it
The moment you want the website to generate work, GoDaddy is the wrong tool. Its templates are the most generic on the market. The mobile experience is slow. Local SEO is nonexistent past your business name and address. AI search will not quote your GoDaddy page.
