[ Local Visibility Audit ]
See exactly where you rank in every neighborhood of your service area
Google Maps results change based on where the searcher is standing. You might rank #1 from your front door and #18 from three miles away. We map your ranking across 25 real coordinates in your service area, identify which neighborhoods you’re losing, and show you who’s beating you and where. $300 one-time, 2-day delivery.
[ The hidden problem ]
You don’t have one ranking. You have 25 of them.
Google Maps results vary by location. A searcher one mile from you sees a different local pack than someone five miles away. Standard rank trackers report your ranking from a single fixed location, which gives you almost no useful information about where customers actually find you.
25
real lat/lng points per audit, querying Google Maps independently from each
5
keywords tracked per audit, picked from your highest-intent buyer queries
75
total ranking measurements per audit (25 grid points × 3 keywords average)
[ What you get ]
The full deliverable
Every audit comes back with the same four-part report. Same format we use internally on every client.
5×5 grid heatmap
25 real lat/lng coordinates across your service area. Each point queried independently from DataForSEO Google Maps SERP. Visual color coding: emerald for top 3, amber for page 1, red beyond, gray for not in pack.
Top 3 competitors at every point
For each grid point we capture who's ranking 1-3 right now: business name, address, rating, review count, domain. Click any point on the heatmap and you see the exact competitive set at that location.
Share of Voice score (per keyword)
What percentage of your service area you're winning. A 32% SoV means you rank top 3 in 32% of the grid points. Tracked per keyword so you can see where you're strong vs weak.
Gap zones identified
Specific neighborhoods where you don't show up at all. These are the zip codes you're losing every search in. Punch list of fixes (GBP signals, citations, reviews) sorted by which would unlock the most coverage.
[ Process ]
Two business days from order to call
Day 0 — Order intake
You send us your business address (or service area center), top 3-5 keywords, and any specific neighborhoods you want covered. If you don’t know which keywords, we’ll suggest based on your category.
Day 1 — Run the grid
We generate the 25-point grid around your center, run Google Maps SERP at each point for each keyword, capture top 3 competitors per point. Cross-reference your existing GBP, citations, and review status to identify which signals are dragging you down.
Day 2 — Walkthrough call
Live interactive heatmap delivered + 30-minute Zoom call. We screen-share, walk every neighborhood, and you leave with a prioritized punch list of what to fix to expand coverage.
Optional ongoing
$50/mo add-on runs the heatmap weekly. Alerts you to rank shifts, new competitor entries, and recovery after fixes ship. Most useful in the 90 days right after the initial audit.

[ Where this fits ]
After the audit
The Local Visibility Audit reveals where you’re losing. The fixes typically span: weak citation foundation (often 60% of the gap), inconsistent NAP data, thin GBP signals, or weak review velocity. Bundle the audit with a Tier 1 plan or Living Pillar Maintenance and we ship the fixes that matter most.
